Represented a podiatrist before the Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine for allegation of failure to keep adequate medical records. Case was dismissed with a Letter of Guidance in lieu of a finding of probable cause. No disciplinary action was imposed on the podiatrist.
Represented three pharmacists and three pharmacies before the Florida Board of Pharmacy for allegations of submitting claims that had been upcoded and receiving kickbacks. Cases were dismissed without a finding of probable cause. No disciplinary action was imposed on the pharmacists or pharmacies.
