Christopher DeGance represents clients across commercial contracts, corporate transactions, healthcare compliance, and real estate matters. Christopher has experience drafting and negotiating master service agreements, SaaS and software licensing agreements, vendor and customer contracts, NDAs, guaranties, and professional services agreements. Christopher also advises hospital and healthcare-vendor clients on medical service agreements and HIPAA business associate agreements (BAAs).

Christopher counsels clients on entity formation and governance, business sales, purchases, conversions, disclosure schedules, and F reorganizations. He also advises clients on Beneficial Ownership Information (CTA/BOI) compliance, and drafts commercial leases, subleases, mortgages, promissory notes, and loan agreements.
