Business Law

Eric Salama represents clients in business and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities and investment transactions, corporate formation and governance, and general business matters. Eric regularly represents clients in negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions with private equity or private equity backed buyers. Eric also regularly represents early-stage companies and works with companies and investors in financing transactions. Eric particularly enjoys assisting clients with the legal aspects of strategically growing or exiting a successful business.
