Yulin Wu represents clients on a wide variety of business transactional issues. After she passed the Chinese Bar Exam and interned in several international big law firms in China, she came to the United States to advance her legal education and graduated with JD & MSF dual degrees from Vanderbilt University in 2021.
Yulin has worked with healthcare and financial start-up companies in regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and venture capital issues. She has assisted international companies in employment, subsidiary company registration, asset restructuring, and M&A issues. She has worked as a research assistant for more than 2 years and is experienced in corporate legal research. While doing her MS Finance degree at Vanderbilt, she gained experience in building a variety of financial models, designing bidding strategies for the M&A transactions, analyzing the potential business and legal risks of the deals, and provided solutions.
